Return Policy:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you
are not satisfied, you may return your product, provided it is in unused
condition, and it is within 15 days of your invoice date. All merchandise
returned or exchanged will be subject to a 20% restocking fee less the
shipping charges. Shipping and handling on return merchandise will not be
refunded or covered by us. All returns must have a RA # (return
authorization number) from us to be accepted.
- Most items including clearance items purchased from KwTool.Com that
become defective within 15 days from the date of purchase with the
original invoice are eligible for exchange. All items must be in new and
resalable condition, including the original box, packaging, and
accessories. Missing items will be deducted from your refund.
- Original receipt required for any return and refund. All returns must
have a RA# (Return Authorization Number) from us to be accepted.
- Shipping and Handling Free are not refundable.
- Return items are subject to 20% restocking fee if returned.
- Return or refund can take up to 4 weeks to process.
- We reserve the right to charge restocking fee to any customers up to
20% due to excessive returns. The definition of "excessive" is at sole
discretion of KwTool.Com

How We Process Return
Please read instruction below.1. Open a new support ticket (you will need
to log into your account).
2. Select the order from the dropdown menu and the RMA return/exchange
department.
3. Once our Return Department received your submission, they will review and
contact you back with an RMA number. (NOTE: You will need this number to
include in with return package. Any package return to us without the RMA
number will not get process.)
4. Once you received an RMA number from us, please have this number included
in with your return package. Or if this a dropship package, please instruct
your customer to include the RMA we provided in with return package. |

How to Dropship - Step-by-Step
Step 1
Begin by putting your product(s) up for sale
either in Online Auctions, your own website or wherever else you can produce
sales. Once you have sold the item, collect payment from your customer for the
retail price of your product. You may also want to charge your customer
shipping and handling fees. One of the fastest ways to receive payments is
online using Paypal. You can even set up your
Paypal account to receive credit card payments as well. You may also choose to
accept personal checks and money orders.
Step 2
After you have received payment from your
customer, come back to the KwTool.Com website and begin placing an
order for your customers merchandise. You have already charged your customer
the retail price for the item and collected their payment. The difference
between the two would be your total profit on the sale. When you proceed to
checkout, you will enter your information for payment and your customers name
and shipping information into the "Ship To" section. Your customer will never
know that KwTool.Com had anything to do with your shipment.
Step 3
KwTool.Coms database will begin
processing your order immediately. Most orders are shipped out of our warehouse
the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, your customers
shipping information will be available for you to view in our "Order Tracking"
section. This will include information such as:

track your customers package directly from our website 24 hours a day, seven
days a week in "real time". This means as soon as a label is stuck to
your package, it is updated in the database with a tracking number, there is no
lag time in data entry of your order information. Your customers may also
appreciate a confirmation e-mail from you with their unique tracking number to
assure them that their merchandise was shipped and on its way.
